First Care Support Services offers a range of fun, educational, inclusive school holiday programs and camps. Each program provides participants with the opportunity to improve social skills and confidence, supporting their communication and participation in wellness activities.

Our Specialist Support Coordinators facilitate better coordination of supports and services to people with multiple and complex needs, deliver holistic care and prevent further escalation of needs. Our qualified team of Social Workers have over 20 years of experience in the disability and community sector and will tailor individualised supports to help you achieve your NDIS goals.
